Fortnite: Where to Find Every Week 7 Alien Artifact (Season 7)

New Alien Artifacts can be found and collected each week in Fortnite Season 7. During Week 7, players can find six Artifacts, mostly indoors.

Each new week of Fortnite Season 7, players can expect to find new Alien Artifacts on the map in addition to the weekly Epic and Legendary Quests. Alien Artifacts are a new collectible in Fortnite Season 7 and operate as a sort of currency. Each futuristic Alien Artifact canister contains around four Artifacts that can be used to purchase new features, like head shapes and armor patterns, to customize the Kymera Battle Pass skin. There are a finite number of Alien Artifacts added as collectibles each week, similar to XP Coins in past seasons.

During Week 7 of Fortnite Season 7, most of the Alien Artifacts appear indoors and are spread out evenly across the map, with two on the north side, two on the south, and one near the center. As in Week 6, the Week 7 Alien Artifacts are fairly spread out, and it will be difficult for players to collect more than one or two in a single match unless they drive a car or fly a UFO. Here’s where to find all five new Alien Artifacts during Week 7 of Fortnite Season 7.

Every Week 7 Alien Artifact Location In Fortnite Season 7

The Fortnite Season 7 Week 7 Alien Artifacts create the same pattern on the map found on the number five sides of traditional six-sided dice. Most are found indoors, and all appear at either named locations or Landmarks. Only a few of the Alien Artifacts from Week 7 are suspended in the air, so players won’t need to do as much building to access them all. As a tradeoff, given their locations, players may need to defeat a few IO Guards during their search.

Collecting Alien Artifacts, like completing weekly quests, may be easiest in Fortnite‘s Team Rumble Mode. Many players use this mode to complete challenges before starting to compete in the match, and eliminated players are often able to respawn and continue working on their quests or collections. In addition, each player begins the match with materials, eliminating the need to harvest before searching for Artifacts.

The Fortnite Season 7 Week 7 Alien Artifacts can be found in the following locations:

  • In one of the guard stations along the southern perimeter wall of Stealthy Stronghold.
  • Inside the Dinky Dish Satellite Station in the FN Radio building, between Craggy Cliffs and Steamy Stacks.
  • Suspended in midair under the boats at Gorgeous Gorge’s Boat Launch south and slightly east of The Aftermath in the center of the map.
  • In the rafters of the building at Camp Cod, on the southeast side of the island. Players may need to build to reach it.
  • In the first bathroom stall at Dampy Dish on the southwest coast of Slurpy Swamp

Players only need to walk up to the Alien Artifact and collect it. Alien Artifacts can be collected in almost any game mode, excluding LTMs and Creative Mode. Players will be able to use them in the Kymera customization menu.

If the Fortnite Season 7 Week 7 Alien Artifacts aren’t enough for fans, they can also always try to find a few more with teams of up to four players. When playing in Duo, Trio, or Squad modes, players can collaborate to open Fortnite Cosmic Chests. They will need to take turns smacking the weak spots on the Chest’s diamond exterior until it breaks, allowing them to open and share the goodies within. Though the items inside are randomized, there is always a chance a few Alien Artifacts will drop. While not a guaranteed method, opening Cosmic Chests can still be viable for grabbing bonus Alien Artifacts each week and help players unlock the Kymera skin customizations they want more quickly.
